Help #Custom Acrylic Pedestal

Hi there, Im an artist looking to have three acrylic, water-sealed pedestals made that would be approximately 3.5 feet tall and 14 x 17 in circumference. The top piece would need to be seamlessly removable so water could be put in the pedestal by myself. Please let me know if this can be done and if a quote can be estimated. Thank you! - Drake
