Help #etched hash marks

I am looking for a quote for an acrylic ruler to be used underwater. My initial thought is a 3/8" thick, 2" wide, and 14" long acrylic strip with etched hash marks and numbers at 1 inch intervals. I have a picture of a similar type if requested. Thanks! - Nic
