Help #Custom Acrylic Order

Hi, I would like to see if you can cut/custom make a lid for a baby grand piano out of acrylic or something transparent, smooth and polished. You can google for pictures of Yamaha GC1 grand piano to see what the lid looks like (it is the part that people open up to show off the internals of the piano and to let the sound out).
